This month marks a significant milestone in the Syntropy journey as we have officially launched the Syntropy Relay Network to the public. This brings on-demand network optimization previously available to select testers and enterprise clients. With these new possibilities, we are excited to explore new ways to acquire users and developers who can contribute to developing the Syntropy ecosystem.

We are pleased to announce the addition of a new pricing overview page on our website. With Syntropy Stack, you can purchase bandwidth using fiat currency in the Syntropy Relay Network. You only pay for the bandwidth you use, so you can rest assured that you're getting the most value.

As a bonus, we're offering 50GB of free bandwidth to all users who sign up. And if that wasn't enough, we're also integrating $NOIA token payments in Q2, which will allow not only to pay in $NOIA but also all fiat payments to be converted into $NOIA tokens.

The marketing campaign of the Syntropy Relay Network has been a resounding success, having amassed over ten million impressions and heavily contributing to increased brand recognition and positive perception of Syntropy. This is a significant achievement and a testament to the power of our marketing efforts. By bringing on-demand network optimization to the public, we have created a buzz in the industry and garnered attention from users and developers around the world. We look forward to building on this success in the future.

The Syntropy team is ready for a year full of Web3 conferences, beginning with ETHDenver. Syntropy CTO Jonas Simanavicius attended the event and had the opportunity to meet individuals from well-known companies like TrustWallet, Uniswap, The Leo Wallet, Cosmos, as well as multiple blockchain analysis and security startups.

Additionally, Jonas had a chance to attend various events such as the IOSG Ventures Security Day, Cosmos breakfast, Shared Security Summit, Google Web3 event, Reelworks event, and investor panel with speakers from Shima, Electric Capital, and others. He met many talented individuals, and some discussions are likely to lead to future partnerships.

One of the main topics discussed at the conference was zk privacy, which refers to zero-knowledge proofs that allow for the verification of a statement without revealing any information beyond what is needed. This concept has been gaining traction in the industry due to the increasing need for privacy-preserving solutions. With the growing number of Web3 applications, the need for privacy and security has become more crucial than ever.

Another crucial aspect of the conference was the focus on the need for more decentralized and scalable infrastructure. As the industry continues to expand, the current centralized infrastructure is becoming increasingly vulnerable to attacks, making it necessary to transition towards more decentralized models. Additionally, with the rising number of users, there is a pressing need for scalable infrastructure to support the growing demand.

Despite these limitations, the Web3 industry is driven by talented individuals who are working hard to address these issues. The conference was a testament to the passion and dedication of the Web3 community, who are constantly seeking new ways to push the boundaries of what is possible in the decentralized space.

The Syntropy team is now preparing for their next conferences - Paris Blockchain Week and Consensus by Coindesk in Austin. These events are significant gatherings in the blockchain and cryptocurrency community, attracting industry leaders, innovators, investors, and enthusiasts from all over the world. The Syntropy Ambassador community is thriving! In February, we integrated a new engagement platform called Crew3.xyz. With Crew3, community members compete for the leaderboard's top spots and get instant rewards by completing quests. These tasks range from simple contributions, like spreading the word about Syntropy, to more difficult ones, like setting up Syntropy VPN and creating how-to videos.

Q: What are you responsible for at Syntropy?

Hello! My name is Paulius, and I take upon the Head of Engineering at the department of technology at Syntropy.

I'm responsible for running the engineering department, which involves guiding leaders of different technical teams through challenges and growth, bridging the gap between the executive team and engineers, alongside being the point of contact when issues or opportunities arise.

Q: How does Web3 differ from the traditional IT environment?

It is a fast-paced environment that is not for the faint of heart. The best way to describe it would be as a challenge that is difficult, yet highly rewarding. I believe the major difference compared to the traditional IT sector is that Web3 technology is growing at an extremely rapid pace. A huge emphasis must be put on innovation and adaptability to ever changing conditions.

Q: Taking upon the role of being the Head of Engineering in a quickly developing company is not an easy feat. What helps you cope with all the stress?

There is no single magical technique that helps cope with a variety of different inputs and the difficulty of rapid decision-making. It's a combination of multiple skills that I learned from previous mentors and past experiences, organizational techniques, stoic mindset alongside a lot of reading and learning.

Q: What is your favorite part about working at Syntropy?

It is definitely the Syntropy people. It is a big pleasure to work with extremely goal-oriented, smart, and driven team of experts.
