As a personal assistant to the executive team, your focus will be on supporting Syntropy’s CEO, CTO, and COO to ensure that their day-to-day operations run smoothly, and on enabling efficient planning for future agendas.
The ideal candidate for this role is a people-person who is proactive and resourceful. You will have a lot of exposure to the team and will build strong relationships with them which will allow you to understand the expectations and preferences and adapt accordingly in this varied role.
We’re a remote-first company, so you can be based anywhere to do this role, as long as you have most alignment with US Eastern time and/or London (GMT) time zones.
