About this role

As a personal assistant to the executive team, your focus will be on supporting Syntropy’s CEO, CTO, and COO to ensure that their day-to-day operations run smoothly, and on enabling efficient planning for future agendas.


The ideal candidate for this role is a people-person who is proactive and resourceful. You will have a lot of exposure to the team and will build strong relationships with them which will allow you to understand the expectations and preferences and adapt accordingly in this varied role.


We’re a remote-first company, so you can be based anywhere to do this role, as long as you have most alignment with US Eastern time and/or London (GMT) time zones.

Main responsibilities will be:
  • Prepare agendas, attend team meetings (with or on behalf of the execs), take meeting notes, assign action items and manage schedules.
  • Responsible for scheduling and booking travel, accommodation, and any other relevant arrangements, as well as business meetings.
  • Track executive team’s schedules and ensure that the items in their agendas are moving forward.
  • Assist with the day-to-day projects.
  • Provide support with the organisation of events and offsites.
  • Get involved with process and system improvement in different departments.
  • Perform your job in a professional manner, always maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Do light research (i.e. conferences/events to attend, industry-related news/insights, etc)
  • Provide communications support, including drafting emails, reports, memos, presentations, internal and external communications/documents. 
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
  • Great command of Google suite.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of the English language and communication skills (written and oral).
  • A mindset focussed on improvement (systems, processes and procedures)
  • Positive outlook and a responsive, proactive and resourceful personality.
  • Ability to quickly and easily pick up new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to manage concurrent tasks, projects and schedules.
  • Interest in Crypto/Blockchain space is a bonus.
